A smart interior designer accounts for sustainability. Reusing materials, coming up with alternative ways to use items – that’s the future. Reusable resources are slowly but surely running out – which means any creative solution that lets us conserve the planet’s resources is more than welcome.
The latest real estate and interior decoration developments are presented at annual construction fairs and events. In recent years, the main focus has been on sustainability and versatility. Re-using a material in a creative way for a different purpose is considered a sign of imagination and originality. More and more people are also interested in multi-purpose furniture and using it to decorate small spaces and houses. This is most noticeable among young people, who are widely looking for a combination of compact and comfortable furnishings for their temporary home.
