Burnout rates continue to rise: there is too much stress and too little confidence among workers. More and more people have to stay home because they have a mental illness. Burnouts are the main culprit. Burn-outs are detrimental to mental and physical health. No matter how well we try to avoid them, they continue to become more common. Possible causes are lack of time for yourself, stress, instability and lack of social contact. Fortunately more attention is being paid to mental health. Therapists are being called in more and more often to counsel people and help them deal with these forms of performance pressure. In this way, people are better able to achieve their best while staying physically and mentally healthy.
